About This Role
We are working with one of Abu Dhabi's most senior government entities to find two exceptional consultants at Director level. The client's mandate is to modernise how the Abu Dhabi government operates, and they're building a team to match that ambition.
These aren't typical government roles. You'll be working at the intersection of strategy and real execution, leading complex cross-government programmes, engaging at Ministerial level, and delivering work that actually gets implemented. The access is genuine and the impact is visible.
What you'll be doing
- Leading strategic and transformation programmes across Abu Dhabi government entities
- Structuring complex problems and driving clear, evidence-based recommendations at pace
- Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders including Ministers and C-suite leaders
- Managing and developing junior team members in a high-standards environment › Playing an active role in building a team at the forefront of government modernisation
What we're looking for
Background: Big Four or top-tier strategy firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney or similar) at Principal, Director or Associate Partner level
Language: Arabic fluency is essential. You'll be operating in a senior Arabic-speaking environment day to day
Experience: 8 to 14 years total, with meaningful exposure to public sector, infrastructure or government transformation
