Opportunity

Application strategy and engineering

• Provide technical leadership and architecture oversight across enterprise applications; establish architecture, development, and lifecycle standards.
• Guide solution design and partner with Product Owners to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• Mature engineering practices, CI/CD, testing, release management, security, monitoring, and documentation.
• Lead AI-assisted development adoption to improve engineering productivity while maintaining security, quality, and human oversight.

Integration and Dynamics

• Own integration architecture and standards for APIs, interfaces, and system-to-system data exchange.
• Ensure integrations are secure, resilient, supportable, and monitored, and maintain an architectural view of connected systems.
• Lead technical work for the transition to Dynamics 365 Project Operations and the broader Dynamics platform.
• Build internal capability to support, maintain, and extend the Dynamics platform.

Data and people leadership

• Develop enterprise data architecture and technical data-management approaches, including master data, quality, lineage, and controls.
• Build data engineering and analytics capabilities that integrate and transform data and enable trusted enterprise reporting.
• Lead capabilities across application development, integration, QA, data engineering, and analytics; develop technical staff.
• Determine the balance of internal capability, implementation partners, and specialized contractors.

Compensation

• Salary range is $159,000 to $215,000 per year.

Workplace

• Based in the Vancouver office, with an opportunity for hybrid work after the probationary period.
