Directional Drill Equipment Operator

Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a Directional Drill, Excavator, and Digger Dyrek

Valid driver’s license / Class A CDL Required

Must be willing to take emergency callouts

Ability to operate heavy equipment and manage crews

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Knowledge of construction, the National Electrical Code, OSHA regulations, and safety standards

High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training preferred

Experience in environments with moderate to loud noise and occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts

Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions

Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed
