Direct Support Staff Lead

Essential responsibilities include

• Ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centered services.
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant residential environment.
• Overseeing the daily care, activities, and needs of program participants.
• Supervising household operations, including facility upkeep, supplies, meal planning, medication administration, documentation, expenses, and daily records.

Locations

• We are seeking to hire multiple Leads to oversee locations including Greentree, Baldwin, Charleroi, and Greensburg.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with no suspensions or points within the past three years
• High school diploma or GED, plus at least 6 months of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
