Valid NYS driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle required.

High school diploma or GED are required for some positions.

Exceptional Family Resources is a not-for-profit agency and a leader in providing quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Direct support professional (DSP) positions work independently in people's homes and in the community - teaching life skills, participating in recreation activities, providing job coaching, supporting families, and more importantly, truly making a difference in a person's life.

• Must have a valid drivers license
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
• Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
• Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
