At ViaQuest Residential Services, our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help individuals with developmental disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives.

Whether you're starting your first healthcare job, exploring a new career path, or looking for meaningful work, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

No experience required – we train you from day one!

As a DSP, you'll build meaningful relationships while helping individuals achieve greater independence and reach their personal goals.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED

• Reliable vehicle with active insurance
• Ability to meet ViaQuest Authorized Driver requirements
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, balance, and assist individuals as needed
