As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home setting. You’ll help people live safe, fulfilling lives while building trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice.

We’re seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who are motivated to make a difference.

$19.28 per hour

Additional $0.50 per hour with DDS Medication Certification

Certification can be obtained after hire if not already certified
