What You’ll Do :

• Support individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, errands, household tasks, hygiene, and personal care as needed.
• Encourage independence and community involvement.
• Build positive, supportive relationships.
• Help create fun, safe, and engaging experiences.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required • Must pass criminal background clearances • Experience in Human Services or as a caregiver is preferred but not required • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset • Strong communication and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to assist individuals with getting up, walking, and moving by lifting or guiding when necessary. • Must be able to lift 75 pounds or more at times.
