Direct Sales Executive

**Job Title:** Direct Sales Executive – Home Services & Cleaning

**Job Type**: Full-time, Commission (or Base + Commission)

We are looking for highly motivated, field-based Direct Sales Executives.

You will not be selling physical products or sitting behind a desk.

Instead, you will perform in-home, live demonstrations of our premium cleaning services—showing clients the hidden dust and allergens in their homes—and closing service contracts on the spot.

Conduct live, in-home demonstrations of Pro Maxcare’s services (e.g., AC duct cleaning, deep cleaning) for residential clients across Dubai.

Use the "contrast method" during demonstrations to visually prove the necessity of professional deep cleaning and maintenance.

Close one-off service jobs and negotiate annual maintenance contracts directly with homeowners.

Generate new leads aggressively through field canvassing, community networking, and securing referrals at the end of every demonstration.

Maintain a high closing ratio and consistently meet weekly and monthly revenue targets.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or door-to-door sales in the UAE.

Experience in home services or real estate is a plus.

Skills: Exceptional face-to-face communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Must be comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection.

Language: Fluent in English.

Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi is a strong advantage.

Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is strongly preferred for traveling between client villas and communities.

Pay Structure: [Base Salary + Uncapped Commission]

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
