Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Direct Sales Agent to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling telecom products and services, identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets.
The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell telecom products and services to individual and business customers.
- Conduct outdoor sales activities to acquire new customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the data system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful service activation and satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Focus on acquiring high-value customers through field sales activities and direct engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outdoor or field sales.
- Previous telecom sales experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Languages: Arabic and English, Arabic is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid Qatari Driving License.
- Valid QID with at least 3 months validity.
