Role overview
Seeking a motivated, results-oriented Diploma Civil or MEP Engineer with experience in construction, civil maintenance, MEP works, or related services.
The role combines new-client development, site visits, project coordination, and support in securing construction and maintenance work.
Key responsibilities
- Find new clients and generate business opportunities for maintenance, civil construction, MEP, fit-out, and related services.
- Conduct site visits and prepare site reports.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and site teams; follow up on approvals and project requirements.
- Support project execution and closeout; prepare work updates for management.
- Assist with quotation follow-ups and project coordination.
- Maintain professional communication and working relationships.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, MEP, or a related field.
- Experience in civil construction, maintenance works, or MEP projects.
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Valid Qatar visa with NOC is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills; able to conduct site visits independently.
- English is required.
Employment and pay
- Job type: full-time, permanent.
- Pay: QAR 2,000–2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person, with site visits.
