Description of Work
Leading by example through a servant leadership approach
Supporting daily operations including food production, front-end service, cleaning, opening and closing procedures, and stocking
Delivering outstanding guest service while resolving questions and concerns in a professional manner
Assigning daily responsibilities to team members based on operational needs and staffing levels
Ensuring food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
Training and mentoring new team members to support their success

Minimum Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/ GED plus three years experience working within a dining or restaurant environment; equivalent experience/education considered
- Ability to read, write, weigh and measure necessary
- Ability to communicate essential
- Must have the ability to train and lead others
- Food handlers permit or ability to obtain by passing safety and sanitation test
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience training new staff
- Supervisory experience
