Responsibilities
- Assess processes and identify opportunities for digital improvement; develop strategies to improve efficiency, data integration, and user experience.
- Develop and refine digital roadmaps; coordinate cross-functional projects and manage timelines and resources.
- Align stakeholders and collaborate with leadership to prioritize transformation initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics, optimize workflows, and support effective adoption of tools and platforms.
- Manage change and support continuous innovation in geospatial and mineral intelligence solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
- Expertise in digital strategy and proficiency in project management, including planning and monitoring work within scope, time, and budget.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing to support awareness and adoption of digital solutions.
- Experience with geospatial data, mineral intelligence, or related domains is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms, workflow automation tools, and cloud-based solutions.
- Ability to lead change, manage remote collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior digital transformation, technology consulting, or operational optimization experience is an advantage.
