Role Description
The Digital Transformation Manager at Institut de l'Economie Circulaire d'Abidjan-IECA is a full-time, remote role focused on driving technology-enabled change to support circular economy initiatives.
The role involves assessing current processes and systems, identifying digital opportunities, and designing roadmaps to improve efficiency, transparency, and impact.
The Digital Transformation Manager will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, translate organizational needs into digital solutions, and oversee implementation in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Daily activities include conducting diagnostic analyses, facilitating workshops, preparing recommendations, monitoring project progress, and reporting on key performance indicators.
The role also involves change management, documentation of best practices, and continuous improvement of digital tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation, with the ability to define and execute end-to-end transformation roadmaps.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess performance, and support decision-making for digital initiatives.
- Background in Consulting, including stakeholder engagement, problem framing, and delivery of clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking, including user research, ideation, prototyping, and testing to create user-centered digital solutions.
- Experience managing remote projects and working effectively with distributed, multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional context, including the ability to produce clear documentation and presentations.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms commonly used for project management, collaboration, and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience or strong interest in circular economy, sustainability, or impact-driven organizations is an asset.
