  • We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Manager to lead digital modernization initiatives and drive strategic change across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will manage transformation programs, identify opportunities for technology adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business improvements.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead digital transformation projects from planning through implementation and optimization
  • Assess existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies including cloud, automation, data analytics, and AI solutions
  • Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones
  • Conduct business process analysis, gap assessments, and improvement recommendations
  • Support organizational change management and digital adoption initiatives
  • Establish transformation metrics and track program performance and business impact
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, business strategy, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing transformation projects or cross-functional teams preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, cloud solutions, automation, AI, and data-driven business models
  • Experience with business process improvement and organizational change initiatives
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, or other transformation methodologies is advantageous
  • Ability to translate business challenges into technology-driven solutions
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
