Digital Transformation Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Develop and Execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Lead the implementation and optimization of new systems.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency
• Oversee system integrations
• Collaborate with departments to ensure successful adoption of new systems
• Establish data governance, reporting frameworks, and dashboards for better decision-making
• Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with company standards
• Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or enterprise systems management
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle and/or other ERP platforms )
• Proven track record in leading system implementation and automation projects
• Knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and workflow automation platforms
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, HR, operations, and supply chain
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
