Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Digital Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their vehicle requirements, managing leads through the sales funnel, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for sales, customer service, and achieving targets in a fast-paced digital environment.

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, social media channels, and referrals.
  • Contact potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
  • Present vehicle features, pricing, financing solutions, and available promotions.
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Lead Management

  • Manage and update customer information within the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate sales records.
  • Track customer interactions and sales progress.

Sales Performance

  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Maximize lead-to-sale conversion rates.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on vehicle inventory, specifications, financing programs, and industry trends.
  • Understand competitor offerings and market conditions.
  • Provide customer feedback and market insights to management.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Customer Service, or Digital Sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Preferred

  • Experience in Automotive Sales, Fintech, Banking, Real Estate, E-commerce, or Contact Center Sales.
  • Experience selling through phone and digital channels.
  • Knowledge of vehicle financing and automotive products.
  • Experience serving GCC customers is a plus.
