What you'll do
- Lead product management for an Agile team with development and business analyst partners.
- Define opportunities, requirements, outcomes, and a prioritized roadmap and backlog.
- Align stakeholders on product priorities; use consumer insights, analytics, and financial modeling to guide decisions.
- Partner with UX and analytics teams on experience improvements, testing strategy, and results analysis.
- Lead ongoing product assessment, manage UAT for digital properties, and verify release requirements.
- Use AI tools for product work and lead cross-functional proofs of concept and pilots for emerging technologies.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3–4+ years in Product Management or Product Owner work.
- Experience owning digital products, platforms, or customer-facing experiences.
- Agile experience and experience using consumer insights, analytics, and financial modeling.
- Communication, problem-solving, initiative, influence, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
