About the role
Victory Print Hub is a commercial printing company serving businesses across the UAE.
The operator will run the Ricoh Pro C9200 press and take ownership of delivering timely, high-quality print jobs alongside the production team.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Ricoh Pro C9200 digital printing machine; set up jobs, load stock, and manage queues.
- Check colour accuracy, registration, and print quality, adjusting settings when needed.
- Minimise waste and meet production deadlines.
- Perform routine checks, cleaning, and basic machine upkeep; report faults and coordinate with technicians for servicing.
- Keep the machine and work area clean, organised, and safe.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience operating digital production presses.
- Ricoh Pro C9200 or similar Ricoh model experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of colour, paper stocks, and finishing basics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent print quality.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment, meet deadlines, and perform basic troubleshooting and machine care.
- Based in the UAE or able to join at short notice.
