About the Job

Support day-to-day digital platform operations for the Southeast Asia Marketing team.

Help deliver a seamless digital customer experience across regional web properties.

Support website content, web merchandising, digital campaigns, and platform operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage website content, product information, and digital asset deployment and maintenance.
  • Coordinate homepage banners, product categorization, navigation, featured content, promotions, and product presentation.
  • Maintain content accuracy, consistency, compliance, and brand alignment across websites.
  • Conduct routine website quality assurance before and after content deployment.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues with technical teams and external vendors.
  • Improve digital workflows, processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor website performance and digital operational metrics for optimization opportunities.
  • Build relationships with regional and global stakeholders to support project delivery.
  • Brief and manage web vendors creating landing pages, campaign pages, and other regional assets.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, website operations, digital content management, web merchandising, or a related field.
  • Experience using content management systems and coordinating website content updates.
  • Strong project management, organizational, stakeholder management, communication, QA, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with website analytics or digital performance reporting tools is an advantage.

Work Schedule

  • Standard Monday to Friday schedule.

Work Environment

  • Office-based work environment.
