Duties Include

  • monitor and analyze digital payments transactions
  • Verify payment & transaction information
  • Maintain a constant record of transactions between companies and customers.
  • Assistance with payment reconciliation and highlighting of anomalies
  • Review payment confirmation(s) and any documentation.
  • Help with transaction issues & general payment questions
  • Store payment and paperwork records online.
  • Respond to internal and consumer payment inquiries
  • Check payment status and follow up on payments as needed Create reports of payment summaries and transactions
  • Manage internal systems, spreadsheets and payment platforms
  • Assisting in the payment records of the members for membership/classes/events etc.
  • Provide help to the Finance & Operations team
  • Comply with current corporate policies and payment limitations
  • Keep all client and financial data secret # requirements Experience in digital payments, payment processing, banking, accounting, customer service, administration or comparable will be an asset.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Background in digital financial technologies and internet platforms
  • A computer having access to the Internet
  • Skilled in using electronic documents and spreadsheets
  • Excellent organizational & time management abilities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Work-from-home Go-getterReliable desktop or laptop computers• Good, stable internet* Ability to securely handle sensitive consumer and financial data

Desirable Qualifications

  • plus experience in one or more of the following:
  • Online payment options* E-wallets
  • Internet Banking Gateway* Payment systems for membership subscriptions* Subscription or recurring billing programs* E-Commerce Payment* PayPal and other payment methods* google sheet or MS Excel
  • Transactions of the Match
  • Customer Account Management
  • Monetary and administrative systemsExperience in the fitness, health, entertainment, hotel or membership industries

Technical details

This is a remote position in the digital records and payments operations arena, thus the ideal applicant will have:

Good desktop / laptop computer

Smartphone to be utilized as and when during business hours Dependable high speed internet

Secure data transfer and management between PC and smart phone – cloud storage and standard communication platform experience

Archiving of digital resources. Safe and organized
