Job Purpose

The Growth Brand Aggregator lead is responsible for driving revenue growth and performance of growth brands on food aggregators by owning execution across menu optimization, promotions and visibility.

This role acts as the single point of coordination between Brand Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, and Aggregator market leads to ensure growth brands achieve strong GMV growth, menu conversion, and operational performance on aggregator platforms.

The role focuses on speed, experimentation and execution excellence, enabling growth brands to scale faster on aggregators compared to traditional channels.

Scope

  • Optimize advertising and discount spends for aggregator business
  • Build cohort model for targeting on discounts and visibility instead of blanket discounting today to make Americana future ready
  • Regional POC for strategic projects on cohort based (NRL framework led) growth across 30+ aggregators

Business Accountabilities

Own aggregator performance for the assigned growth brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Drive

  • Identify opportunities to scale high-performing brands or SKUs
  • Improve

  • Optimize aggregator mix and ROI

Menu Conversion & Optimization Accountabilities

Ensure menus are optimized to maximize menu-to-order conversion (M2O) and basket size.

Key responsibilities

  • Improve
  • menu architecture and category structure
  • Highlight
  • hero SKUs and bundles
  • across all possible collections
  • Optimize product naming, images and descriptions along with the Brand teams
  • Work with brand teams to optimize SKUs for aggregator menus
  • Scale up experiments on
  • upsells and add-ons
  • Goal: Drive higher
  • conversion (M2O) and average order value (AOV).

Promotions & Campaign Executions

Work with brand teams & aggregator leads to drive promotional mechanics that stimulate trial and repeat.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute
  • aggregator promotions
  • with cross functional team.
  • Ensure 100% timely configuration of deals and bundles on aggregator platforms.
  • Optimize
  • promo mechanics and discount structures
  • to drive profitability.
  • Track promo ROI and recommend improvements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is an advantage.

Experience

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Key Account Management within the food delivery aggregator, e-commerce space.
  • Exposure to Marketing, Campaign Management, or Commercial Planning roles.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, promotions, visibility, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and external platform partners.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Data-driven decision making and performance management.
  • Understanding of food delivery aggregators and digital commerce ecosystems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Execution focused with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
