Digital Operation Intern

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assist the Digital Operations Lead in operating and supporting MLSE events.
• Assist with QA testing of mobile apps, websites, activations, and products; identify and report issues.
• Work cross-functionally with teams on project execution to deliver the best user experience.
• Attend selected events to support digital operations and products.
• Support digital activations, digital asset management, game-day operations, and fan support.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution focused on technology, product management, project management, marketing, or a related field.
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op or internship program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
• Available to work at the 50 Bay St office, with flexibility to work from home some days.
• Available for some evenings and weekends to accommodate game nights.
