Job Purpose
Designing and producing engaging digital multimedia content tailored for social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
Creating visually compelling content that aligns with brand identity, supports marketing campaigns, and enhances online presence and audience engagement.
Digital Content Creation & Production
- Design and produce digital multimedia content for social media platforms (posts, stories, reels, short videos, animations).
- Create visual and motion content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and motion graphics to ensure high-quality output.
- Adapt content formats and dimensions to suit different digital platforms.
Campaign & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate campaign concepts into engaging visual assets.
- Support digital marketing campaigns with creative multimedia materials.
Brand Consistency & Quality Assurance
- Ensure consistency in visual identity across all digital channels.
- Ensure all multimedia outputs comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Planning, Delivery & Asset Management
- Ensure timely delivery of multimedia content according to content calendars and project timelines.
- Maintain and organize digital media assets and files.
Digital Trends & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
HR Proficiency
- Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job
Delivery
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving
- Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
