Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Digital Media Sales Director.
The person in this role will lead digital media sales efforts in UAE, build and manage a portfolio of client accounts, and drive revenue growth across performance-focused media solutions.
Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities from leading media buying agencies & direct clients, preparing proposals and media plans, and presenting tailored digital growth solutions to decision-makers.
The Digital Media Sales Director will negotiate contracts, manage the sales pipeline, and will be responsible to consistently hit targets.
Qualifications
- 10+ years selling digital products to MBUs in UAE.
- Strong expertise in Digital Media and New Media, with a proven track record in selling performance-driven digital solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Media Planning and Media Strategy to translate client objectives into effective, measurable campaigns.
- Understanding of performance channels (e.g., OEM, in-app, paid social, search) and mobile-first growth tactics.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, account management, and revenue growth within a digital or media agency environment.
- Ability to negotiate AVR contracts at the higest level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
