We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager (Real Estate) – Dubai
Hogar Properties is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager with real estate experience to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a strong track record in generating high-quality property leads and managing performance campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Dubai
Salary: Up to AED 8,000 (based on experience)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute real estate digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize paid ads (Google, Meta, Property Portals, etc.)
- Generate qualified leads for secondary and off-plan properties
- Handle social media platforms and content strategy
- Coordinate with media team for creative content (photos/videos/reels)
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing within Dubai real estate (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in lead generation and campaign optimization
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
- Good understanding of Dubai real estate market trends
- Creative, analytical, and target-driven mindset
