Digital Marketing Specialist

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Promote the business through social media and create daily content to build brand awareness.
• Design social media templates and banners and edit videos.
• Run Google Ads campaigns and manage digital campaigns through their project lifecycle.
• Improve SEO performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and research customer trends and habits.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets and report on campaign performance, including paid campaigns.
• Build and optimize landing pages and websites for conversion.
• Help plan and design future product lines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with social media platforms and Google Ads campaigns.
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies, SEO, and SEM.
• Basic knowledge of web and graphic design.
• Good knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
• At least 2 years of real estate digital marketing experience is preferred.

Compensation and employment

• Full-time position.
• Pay is AED 3,000–5,500 per month.

Workplace

• Work is in person in Al Qusais; candidates must be based in the UAE.
