Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to manage and execute both **online and offline marketing strategies** for our flower retail and interior design services.
This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving sales, and enhancing customer engagement across multiple platforms.
Digital & Online Marketing
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies
- Oversee website development, updates, and overall website management
E-Commerce & Online Portal Management
- Manage and optimize product listings on platforms such as Noon, Talabat, and Careem
- Ensure accurate product uploads, pricing, descriptions, and promotions
- Monitor platform performance, customer reviews, and sales trends
- Coordinate with aggregator platforms to improve visibility and conversions
Product Promotion & Campaigns
- Develop and execute product promotion strategies to boost sales
- Launch seasonal campaigns, offers, and discounts for flowers and design services
- Create engaging content including reels, ads, and promotional materials
- Introduce creative marketing ideas to increase customer engagement
Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, flyers, and local advertising
- Support visual merchandising and showroom presentation
- Organize exhibitions, pop-ups, and collaborations
Interior Design Marketing
- Promote interior design services through campaigns and project showcases
- Highlight before-and-after transformations, mood boards, and design concepts
- Coordinate project photoshoots and portfolio development
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze competitors and monitor market trends
- Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI
- Generate regular reports and insights
Collaboration & Brand Management
- Work closely with sales, operations, and design teams
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Maintain strong brand positioning in both floral and interior design sectors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing in UAE (retail, e-commerce, or interior design preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Noon, Talabat, Careem preferred)
- Basic understanding of website development and management
- Creative mindset with strong visual and content creation skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Experience in flower retail or interior design industry
- Knowledge of design trends, aesthetics, and visual merchandising
