- Are you a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing professional with experience in real estate marketing?
- We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help strengthen our digital presence, generate quality leads, and drive measurable marketing results.
- š¹ Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Plan and execute content calendars, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Capture, edit, and coordinate photo/video content for promotional activities.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and improve ROI.
- Develop strategies for brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Collaborate with management on marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- š¹ Requirements:
- ā Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing.
- ā Strong social media content creation and management skills.
- ā Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- ā Graphic design and video editing skills.
- ā Knowledge of lead generation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- ā Strong communication, creativity, and organizational abilities.
- ā Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
