We are looking for a
creative, performance-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist
to manage our end-to-end online presence, build strong brand visibility, and generate high-quality real estate leads.
This role is ideal for someone who is both
content-focused and performance-oriented
, with the ability to handle social media + paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube
- Create, plan, and execute engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns)
- Shoot, edit, and coordinate photo/video content for marketing activities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
- Develop content calendars and campaign strategies
- Track performance metrics and improve engagement + ROI
- Generate leads through both organic and paid channels
- Maintain strong and consistent brand identity across all platforms
- Collaborate with management for marketing and promotional strategies
Requirements
ā 1+ year experience in social media / digital marketing (real estate mandatory)
ā Strong knowledge of social media platforms & content trends
ā Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
ā Basic graphic design & video editing skills
ā Understanding of lead generation strategies
ā Strong creativity, communication & organizational skills
ā Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
