Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Doha, Qatar.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Daily tasks include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, monitoring online engagement, and coordinating with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
The role involves setting up and tracking digital campaigns, analyzing performance using web analytics tools, and producing regular reports with actionable insights.
The specialist will also support search engine and online marketing initiatives, maintain consistent branding, and stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and campaign optimization across key platforms.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present campaign results clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a must.
