About Us

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who can generate genuine construction leads through digital marketing platforms.
We are not looking for someone who only spends advertising budgets — we need a professional who understands lead generation strategies and can bring real business inquiries for our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through:
- Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns with strong ROI
- Create and optimize lead generation funnels
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Manage SEO activities including:
- On-Page SEO
- Off-Page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Improve website ranking and organic traffic
- Create engaging marketing content and campaign strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports
- Generate leads specifically related to construction and contracting services in Dubai
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong experience in lead generation campaigns
- Experience in construction industry marketing is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Google Ads
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- TikTok Ads
- SEO tools and strategies
- Ability to generate quality leads and conversions
- Knowledge of website optimization and analytics
- Creative thinking and marketing strategy skills

Simply running ads is not enough — achieving results and generating potential clients is the main priority.
