Role Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute day-to-day online marketing activities to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads for Fitoor Packaging.

This full-time, on-site role based in Ajman includes planning and running social media campaigns, managing content calendars, and optimizing paid and organic digital channels.

The specialist will monitor and analyze web and campaign performance using web analytics tools, preparing regular reports and insights to improve ROI.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with design and sales teams to align messaging, maintaining brand consistency across platforms, and contributing to new digital initiatives that support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across major platforms, including content scheduling and community engagement.
  • Ability to use Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic marketing automation is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with the UAE market and B2B brand or packaging industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects on-site in Ajman.
