Role Overview
The Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist owns the company's full digital presence — from paid campaign execution to content creation and inbound lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn — including budget management, creative direction, A/B testing, and CAC tracking
- Manage inbound lead generation through digital channels and own top-of-funnel performance
- Build and manage social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and TikTok
- Create bilingual Arabic and English content across formats — copy, visuals, and short-form video
- Monitor platform analytics and translate performance data into actionable reporting
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related role
- Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms
- Hands-on experience planning and executing paid social and search campaigns
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Comfortable on camera and proficient with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
- This role requires creating and managing content in both Arabic and English for the Saudi market
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, social media, or content marketing are an advantage
Compensation
Base salary + sales-based commission
