This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

The specialist will plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms, create and schedule engaging content, and manage community interactions, including responding to comments and messages.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance to increase brand awareness, and optimizing content and ads to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

The role also involves coordinating online promotions, supporting e-commerce or website updates, collaborating with sales team on marketing materials, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

A diploma or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.

2-4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to plan and execute effective campaigns across platforms.

Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing to manage integrated strategies, including paid ads, email campaigns, and content initiatives.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear copywriting, community management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, provide recommendations for future activations and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
