šÆ Role Overview
We are hiring a
Digital Marketing Sales Specialist
to own the
full client acquisition lifecycle
ā from lead generation to closing and payment follow-up.
This is a
revenue ownership role
, not a support or admin position.
You will be responsible for taking prospects from first contact all the way to becoming paying and active clients.
š§ End-to-End Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, referrals, and outbound research
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct targeted outreach and initial engagement
- Qualify leads based on business needs and budget fit
2. Sales Conversations & Discovery
- Conduct discovery calls via Google Meet
- Understand client business goals and requirements
- Identify pain points and propose suitable solutions
- Position OjuBju services effectively based on client needs
3. Proposal & Closing Process
- Prepare and send quotations/proposals (with templates provided)
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Handle objections and negotiation
- Close deals and convert prospects into paying clients
4. Client Onboarding & Handover
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery team
- Collect all required client information
- Set clear expectations on timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate kickoff with internal team
5. Payment Collection & Follow-Up
- Send invoices and payment reminders
- Follow up on milestone and overdue payments
- Ensure payments are collected on time
- Maintain professional communication while enforcing payment discipline
6. CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain all leads and deals in ClickUp CRM
- Update pipeline stages accurately
- Track follow-ups and next actions daily
- Provide weekly sales and revenue updates

- š RequirementsRequired
- 2+ years experience in sales, business development, or account management
- At least 1 year experience in a
- digital marketing agency, web development company, or advertising agency
- Experience selling digital services (websites, SEO, social media, ads, etc.)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with B2B clients and consultative selling
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Preferred
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with CRM tools (ClickUp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Experience handling retainers or recurring clients
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
