Digital Marketing Sales Executive

Growwie is a revenue-driven digital marketing agency focused on delivering measurable growth through Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation systems.

We work with founders and SMEs to build predictable sales pipelines.

We are hiring Sales Executives with prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment who are confident in selling services and closing deals.

This is a performance-based commission role (no fixed salary), suited for individuals who are motivated by results and incentives.

Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, calls, and outbound outreach

Pitch digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, lead generation, SocialMedia, PR)

Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions

Manage follow-ups and close deals independently

Maintain a structured sales pipeline and reporting

Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding clients

Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency (mandatory)

Strong understanding of digital marketing services and client expectations

Sales experience or strong interest in sales and client acquisition

Confident communication and negotiation skills

Self-driven and comfortable working in a performance-based structure

Commission on every deal closed

Earnings are directly linked to performance

Sales training and frameworks provided

Clear service positioning and pricing support

Ongoing guidance to improve conversions
