Role overview
Build and run Lantern’s digital properties, campaigns, and account-based marketing engine.
Turn go-to-market priorities into targeted, multi-touch campaigns across email, social, and paid digital.
Own HubSpot as the main marketing platform and report how marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue.
Work closely with go-to-market and sales teams, planning strategy, building campaigns, and explaining results to leadership.
Account-based marketing
- Define and prioritize target accounts, ideal customer profiles, and buying-group personas with go-to-market and sales teams.
- Design tiered 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs with tailored messaging.
- Coordinate account-focused email, LinkedIn, paid social, web, and sales outreach.
- Track engagement, intent, and funnel progress; identify accounts ready for sales.
Email and social campaigns
- Own email strategy, segmentation, copy, build, quality assurance, deployment, and optimization.
- Build HubSpot nurture flows, workflows, and lead-scoring models; test subject lines, content, calls to action, and timing.
- Maintain deliverability, clean lists, and compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
- Manage organic and paid social, especially LinkedIn, and campaigns supporting ABM, product launches, partnerships, and events.
- Manage advertising budgets and reallocate spend toward better-performing channels and audiences.
HubSpot, reporting, and events
- Maintain HubSpot workflows, lists, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, landing pages, forms, calls to action, and campaign tracking.
- Enforce data hygiene, UTM standards, naming conventions, and property structure; coordinate CRM handoffs, lead routing, SLAs, and integrations.
- Build dashboards and report on account engagement, conversions, sourced and influenced pipeline, velocity, CAC, and ROI.
- Set up attribution, provide monthly and quarterly leadership readouts, and use results to improve audiences, content, channels, and spend.
- Run pre- and post-event digital programs, including invitations, nurture, social amplification, and follow-up.
Experience and qualifications
- Requires 4–6+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years running ABM programs; technology, software, data/AI, or professional services experience is ideal.
- Requires advanced, hands-on HubSpot skills in workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, landing pages, custom reports, and dashboards.
- Requires experience with email programs, nurture strategies, LinkedIn and paid social campaigns, account targeting, and budget management.
- Requires analytical and reporting ability, including attribution, pipeline and revenue analysis, executive communication, and sales alignment.
- Requires clear persuasive copywriting, project management, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- HubSpot certifications are strongly preferred; ABM or intent platforms, Power BI or Excel, developer/data/AI audience marketing, and partner co-marketing are nice to have.
