We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join FMC and lead efforts to promote our brand and products.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute digital marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, drive user acquisition, increase engagement, and keep FMC top-of-mind with our target audience.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with FMC’s overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content, including landing pages, ad copy, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver regular performance reports to leadership.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to keep FMC’s campaigns innovative and effective.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Partner with the product and development teams to optimize FMC’s offerings for user acquisition and engagement.
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and other teams to identify opportunities that enhance the user experience and support business growth.
- Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure all campaigns are executed efficiently within allocated resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on user acquisition, engagement, and performance marketing.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results in user growth and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Analytics to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
- Experience in the mobile app, online media, or digital content industry is a plus.
