We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Expert with a strong IT background to drive our real estate brokerage’s online presence, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will execute SEO, SEM, paid advertising (including Meta Ads), social media marketing, and content strategies, while also managing IT-related tasks to support digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Optimize lead generation through SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, social media, email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Twitter, WhatsApp, and WeChat campaigns, integrating PPC, display ads, and paid search.
- Content & Social Media Management: Develop and manage content strategies, website updates, email campaigns, and social media presence to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Track market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations and timely reports to management.
- IT & Technical Support: Manage software installations, email setup, troubleshooting, and digital tool optimization to ensure smooth marketing operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably in real estate.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, PPC, and content marketing.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics) and social media tracking platforms.
- Proficiency in IT support tasks, including software troubleshooting and email management.
- Strong analytical, creative, and data-driven approach to marketing.
- Excellent time management, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
