About The Role
Cow Paradise India Private Limited is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager / Social Media Head to lead the growth of our gaming and entertainment brands across social media platforms.
This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer who has experience growing audiences, building communities, creating viral content, managing influencers, and driving measurable digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
✓ Develop and execute social media growth strategies
✓ Manage YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging platforms
✓ Plan and oversee content calendars and campaign schedules
✓ Lead content creation for videos, Shorts, Reels, graphics, and community content
✓ Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness
✓ Manage influencer and creator partnerships
✓ Execute and optimize paid social media campaigns
✓ Analyze performance metrics and prepare growth reports
✓ Identify trends, viral opportunities, and audience insights
✓ Collaborate with designers, video editors, animators, and content creators
✓ Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team
✓ Leverage AI-powered tools to improve content production and marketing efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Growth Marketing
- Proven experience growing social media channels and online communities
- Strong understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
- Experience with Meta Ads and digital advertising platforms
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Gaming, Entertainment, Animation, Kids Content, or Creator-Led Brands
- Experience growing YouTube channels
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools and AI-assisted content workflows
- Experience managing influencers and brand collaborations
