We are seeking a strategic, creative, and performance-driven
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, increase customer engagement, and support business growth.
This role is responsible for managing integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels while leveraging data and technology to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
The role will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans covering websites, search engines, social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid media, and other digital platforms.
Responsibilities include defining campaign objectives, developing content strategies, coordinating cross-channel campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Key responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing customer behavior and market trends, and using data-driven insights to optimize marketing activities.
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee SEO, SEM, paid advertising, marketing automation, CRM initiatives, conversion rate optimization, lead generation, customer lifecycle marketing, and web analytics to improve digital performance and business outcomes.
The role will collaborate with product, sales, design, business development, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives.
Additional responsibilities include managing marketing budgets, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluating new digital technologies, overseeing external agencies or vendors where applicable, and driving continuous improvements in marketing processes, customer experience, and digital innovation.
This position requires strong strategic thinking, leadership, analytical capability, creativity, and excellent communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, or related disciplines is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy, brand management, performance marketing, customer acquisition, and integrated marketing communications.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, content management systems (CMS), and web analytics tools.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping, conversion optimization, lead generation, campaign performance measurement, and digital marketing KPIs.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with digital marketing, analytics, design, or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex marketing data and translate insights into effective business strategies.
- High level of creativity, adaptability, professionalism, and customer-focused thinking.
