We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented **Marketing Manager** to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital marketing, CRM systems, campaign management, and marketing automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other online platforms.
- Manage and optimize CRM systems to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Create and oversee marketing content for websites, social media, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed marketing reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the company's website, online listings, and digital presence.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 **years of experience** as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with **CRM platforms** such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Proficiency with marketing tools including **Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite**, and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
