• We run paid media, SEO, content, and creative for 50+ clients across the UAE and GCC.

• We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own our client accounts and lead our paid media team.
• This is a dual role client-facing and team-leading.
• You will be the named point of contact for all active paid media clients, and you will manage a remote India-based team of three senior paid media specialists.
• The role
• Own all paid media client accounts post-onboarding — the client knows your name.
• Lead and manage a paid media team
• Present monthly performance reports to clients. Chair the weekly team standup.
• Set paid media strategy per client — Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Coordinate with our Content Lead for all ad copy, creative briefs, and video scripts.
• Identify upsell opportunities and brief the Sales team.
• What we're looking for
• 4+ years in digital marketing — with at least 2 years in a client-facing or account management role at an agency.
• Hands-on Meta Ads experience — you can review a campaign and know immediately if something is wrong.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads — Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max.
• Dubai-based. On-site role. Client meetings in the UAE are part of the job.
• Excellent English — written and spoken. You will present to clients and to the CEO.
• UAE or GCC agency experience is a strong advantage.
