Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, enhance customer engagement, and support revenue growth.
This role leads multi-channel digital marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and emerging technologies to maximize marketing performance and achieve organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and paid media.
The role establishes campaign objectives, target audience strategies, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful campaign execution and measurable business outcomes.
The position manages digital content strategies, website optimization, landing pages, marketing automation, and customer journey initiatives to improve user experience, lead generation, and conversion rates.
It monitors website traffic, campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing analytics to identify trends, evaluate return on investment (ROI), and optimize digital marketing activities through continuous testing and performance analysis.
In addition, the role oversees brand consistency across all digital platforms while collaborating with content creators, designers, developers, sales teams, and external agencies to deliver engaging marketing campaigns.
It conducts competitor analysis, market research, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative digital marketing strategies that strengthen market positioning.
The role leads digital marketing planning, budget management, vendor coordination, and performance reporting while ensuring compliance with relevant digital marketing regulations, data privacy requirements, and organizational brand standards.
It continuously evaluates emerging digital technologies, marketing platforms, artificial intelligence tools, and industry best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness and support long-term business growth.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, brand management, customer acquisition, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and digital analytics.
Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, web analytics tools, content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation software, social media management platforms, and online advertising tools.
Familiarity with business intelligence, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data visualization tools is advantageous.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, identify customer trends, optimize campaign performance, and make data-driven business recommendations.
Strong leadership, project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, marketing budgets, agency relationships, and organizational priorities effectively.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing messages, present performance insights, and communicate effectively with executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
