About the role
The employer seeks an organized, responsible Admin Cum Digital Marketing Executive to handle daily administrative tasks and support digital marketing and social media.
Administration
- Manage daily front-desk and administrative activities and handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and in person.
- Coordinate registrations and appointments; maintain records, attendance, payments, and basic documentation.
- Follow up with clients about registrations, payments, sessions, and other requirements.
- Prepare and maintain reports and administrative documents; keep the office and reception area organized and presentable.
Digital marketing and social media
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts and prepare posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the design or marketing team on posters, campaigns, and promotional materials; assist with digital campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to relevant inquiries, and maintain online listings and promotional platforms.
- Support lead generation and follow up with potential customers.
Candidate profile
- The candidate should be organized, responsible, and confident handling administration and supporting digital marketing and social media activities.
Employment and pay
- Job type is full-time and permanent.
- Pay is AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
