Role Description

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

This role is responsible for managing digital channels, analyzing campaign performance, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across search engines, social media, email, display advertising, and other digital channels.
  • Manage website performance, SEO, SEM, and user experience initiatives to improve online visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Create and oversee digital content that supports brand positioning and marketing objectives.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
  • Develop customer acquisition, lead generation, and retention strategies through digital channels.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommend continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with marketing standards across all digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Knowledge of web analytics platforms, content management systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into effective strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
