  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee multi-channel campaigns, manage marketing performance, and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative digital initiatives.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists and coordinators
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze marketing data to improve ROI and conversion rates
  • Oversee website traffic growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition initiatives
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation studies
  • Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for leadership
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy
  • Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience measuring campaign performance
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead nurturing strategies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and organizational abilities
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of customer behavior and digital trends
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
