Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase enquiries, tours, and office leasing opportunities.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max.
• Monitor and improve lead generation funnels and conversion rates.
• Track and report on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and campaign performance.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
• Manage technical SEO, on-page optimization, backlink strategies, and local SEO.
• Maintain and update company websites, landing pages, and property listings.
• Create and manage blogs, newsletters, case studies, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Coordinate photography, videography, virtual tours, and promotional materials.
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and analyse competitor activity.
• Promote serviced offices, managed offices, enterprise workspaces, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and business centre solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, business centres, coworking, flexible workspaces, or property-related industries.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable lead generation results.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, website management, and content marketing.
• Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience in photography, videography, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools is preferred.
