Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled **Digital Marketing Executive** who can manage **end-to-end marketing** — from reels and creatives to ads, SEO, and website optimization — with a strong focus on **generating patient leads and driving revenue**.
1. Content Creation & Social Media
- Create engaging **Instagram reels, TikTok videos & short-form content**
- Design **flyers, posters, and promotional creatives**
- Manage and grow social media platforms
- Plan monthly content calendar
- Shoot/edit basic clinic videos
2. Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)
- Run and optimize **Facebook & Instagram Ads**
- Manage **Google Ads campaigns**
- Generate **quality leads (calls, WhatsApp, bookings)**
- Optimize campaigns for better ROI
3. SEO & Google Presence
- Perform **on-page, off-page, and technical SEO**
- Improve rankings for local keywords (e.g., dental services in Dubai)
- Optimize **Google Business Profile**
- Track performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
4. Website Design & Management
- Design/manage website (WordPress or similar)
- Create **landing pages for services**
- Improve **speed, mobile responsiveness & user experience**
- Maintain proper SEO structure
5. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Optimize campaigns for **maximum patient conversion**
- Set up tracking (calls, forms, WhatsApp)
- Analyze and report monthly performance
Requirements
- **Own Visa (Mandatory)**
- **Immediate Joiner Preferred**
- 2–4 years of experience in **digital marketing (all-rounder role)**
- Strong skills in:
- Video editing (CapCut, etc.)
- Graphic design (Canva/Photoshop)
- SEO & website management
- Hands-on experience with:
• Facebook Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
- Creative + performance-driven mindset
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
- **Attractive Commission on Target Sales equivalent to salary**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
